Ethiopia-Chelbesa

This is our second 2026 harvest Grade 1 Ethiopian selection from Crop To Cup. We have been altogether thrilled at how Ethiopian coffees from all over have been tasting this season, and it has been a joy for us to expand our sourcing into Gedeb this year. We look forward to having some of these Gedeb/Yirg coffees on the menu yearly!

 

Chelbesa is as solid as they come - super yellow/orange leaning in profile, zesty and aromatic. Sweet yellow nectarine, wildflower honey, and orange zest round out this lovely expression. We have been reaching for this coffee repeatedly on the brew bar, and are stoked to make it available now to you.
