Fresh harvest Guatemalan coffee has finally landed in our roastery! This lot - dubbed San Agustin because of the district the farms are in which produce this coffee - is our single largest lot purchased this year from any of our partners. We would consider this Thankfully's version of a "House Espresso" coffee. It has the pinnacle profile for traditional espresso, as we have come to love it - sweet citrus, rich cocoa, and silky caramel. We are designating the roast profile on this coffee as "Espresso,' and think it will be best suited for that means of preparation.
