Colombia-Erick Bravo - Pink Bourbon

Erick Bravo is a producer we first came across in 2023, and immediately were impressed by his Pink Bourbon. Clean and crisp Pink Bourbons are near the top of our favorite coffees personally to drink, and it is always a privilege to get a chance to roast and present one to you. We are fortunate to be working with Erick's coffee for the first season!

In the cup we are quickly hit with tart red berries, much like raspberry and cranberry. The middle is a honeyed sweetness, followed by a chamomile tea-like finish. This profile leans sweet, maintains elegance and cleanliness, and lingers so nicely. This profile hits the nail on the head for our favorite Pink Bourbons from Southern Huila. Harvested in February of this year, this coffee's vibrancy and expressiveness are currently at their peak!
